Grew up in Mississippi and started diving after graduating from the University of Alabama, working and diving through New Zealand, Australia, and six years across Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia as an SSI, TDI, and RAID instructor -- including running professional development for one of Thailand's largest Divemaster training programs. Worked a season as a liveaboard guide in Egypt's Red Sea before joining ProTec Dive Centers full-time in mid-2022, where he completed his CCR MOD 1 course and now teaches across the team's technical and cave curriculum.
